Social Group

A monthly group for building friendships and try new things in York Region and Toronto

Adapted Yoga

A seasonal program that meets weekly to work on adapted yoga skills and mindfulness

A monthly event in partnership with Xenia Concerts that welcomes everyone in the disability community

Connect with Us

We design barrier-free recreational and wellness programs for the health and support of disabled people or people with disabilities, and their families. We are fully volunteer-run. We are proud to be the recipients of the David C. Onley Award for Leadership in Accessibility, the inaugural Accessibility Award from the City of Markham, and nominated by Cindy Blackstock and Rick Mercer for the Everyday Political Citizen Award.
